How We Conceived TERUM

  • Collectively we at Terum came to the conclusion that our world, and humanity, is at a significant crossroads. Time is running out as we face the most significant environmental and societal crisis EVER. We need to facilitate change to bring the Earth back from the brink. Not just for ourselves but the generations that follow.
  • When we realized that most people on Earth continue to ignore this calamity, we knew that we needed to take action ourselves then hold out our hands for others to join – and the idea of TERUM was born.
  • We chose to BE the change and invite you to join us.

People Power Fuels Change

  • The Earth, the precious planet we ALL call home, needs you to stand up and be a part of the change, and through TERUM, we have made it easier to participate and do that.
  • The thing is, as individuals, we can feel helpless like we cannot make a difference, or we are waiting for others to fix everything that is going wrong because it is overwhelming and terrifying. WE hear you, and here we are.
  • Can you imagine being a part of a global movement in a world where all community members are committed to reducing CO2 emissions? And using a portal that empowers you to network with like-minded changemakers to share knowledge, discover practical solutions, and take affirmative action? The community becomes the transformation.
  • What a world it would be when united we can playfully take the small steps we need as individuals to achieve the only real overall goal that matters – saving the planet?
  • We believe in an equitable future for EVERYONE.

Regenerative Living as a Driving Force at TERUM

  • Sustainability is an essential foundation of TERUM APP, but alone it is not enough to save the planet and revert it to a thriving ecosystem. Regenerative living nurtures and inspires the Earth to rebuild what is essential to her (and us) – enriched soil for vitamin abundant food production, air that we can breathe without artificial apparatus, or a sun that does not boil and burn because the Earth atmosphere protects.
  • Balance is the end goal, and without also including social equity and economic welfare, that wouldn't be possible. For to neglect, the human inequality that we currently tolerate is only to fix one-half of the problem.
  • We have grounded our ethical understanding and TERUMs vision on the commitment to the wellbeing of contemporary populations and future generations.

Using Technology for Good

  • Technology is the heart of TERUM's development. Why? Because it is the most effective current-day and immediate mechanism available to generate the global reach, we need to affect the required drastic change NOW!
  • Before we began, we acknowledged that technology is a part of the problem while also understanding that it can also contribute to the solution with the right application.
  • We deliberately chose a technology platform to bring people and communities together in a concerted effort to save our home. The additional benefit of using TERUM is encouraging people out of isolation and into a welcoming community.

Intentionally Offsetting Technology Use with Sustainable Projects

  • The high power consumption that comes with the nature of our products we intentionally account for with the financial investment in sustainable projects and CO2 reduction in all our other actions.
  • We already rely on sustainable suppliers that have built their businesses on green energy wherever we can. We are committed to meticulously questioning our approach and business choices while constantly adapting them to future sustainable possibilities.

TERCOINS: Building the Future with Eco-Currency

  • What are TERCOINS? To ensure that we break the vicious cycle that sustainability is only an issue for those who can afford it. We will introduce TERCOINS as a form of eco-currency with the vision to flatten the massive economic disparity between the rich and poor
  • TERCOINS will be earned by organizations and individuals through challenges and activities aligned with sustainability and regenerative living, giving everybody a chance to access sustainable products
